We use Royal mail, FEDEX and TNT and other partners for deliveries.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 3pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case, of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.
We aim to deliver within 3 working days in the UK but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
All orders are sent out via royal mail recorded packet service, which will need a signature, if you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office. All international orders are shipped Royal Mail tracked and signed. We aim to deliver international orders within 5 to 7 working days.
Product offerings and modifications
Our product offerings are subject to change without notice, as we continually seek to innovate and refine our collections. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products. We will do our best to cancel orders made in error as long as they haven’t been dispatched already.
Returns & Exchanges
Purchases from HIPHOP can be returned up to 14 days from receipt of the goods or exchanged. All goods must be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags attached an in the original packaging.
Please insure your package that you are returning. Please use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Any items damaged or lost during the return to HIPHOP73 is entirely your responsibility and HIPHOP73 is not responsible for this loss or damage.
All shipping back to too HIPHOP73 is your responsibility. We will not refund your postal fees.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We make every effort to deliver you premium products undamaged, if there are any defects of faults please contact us immediately. We will exchange or refund your purchases as a priority and can expect to receive them in 3-5 days. We will refund all delivery charges on incorrect items received.
Non-Returnable
For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used ……… (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like)
